A woodland wildlflower
Small and pale
Looks upon her distant relative
Showy and brilliant
And wonders
What it would be like to be her
But it seems it isn't her path
To live her life in the center
Beautiful and admired
But to be obedient
To the One who created her
Blooming in the shadows
Knowing she is loved
And has a purpose in Him
