Siesta

We are in sunny Florida

Where is not only sunny but hot & humid

This little guy basks in the sunny warmth to rest

While we escape

To the cool air conditioned condo

For our afternoon siesta

Green

I'm totally in love with the greens of spring

Some are fleeting

Some everlasting and evergreen

Some spark my imagination

And I dream of fairies dancing
